SMS monitor supported received-payment SMS থেকে provider, TxID, amount, sender ও time extract করে। Raw inbox archive হিসেবে সংরক্ষণ করাই product-এর উদ্দেশ্য নয়।

Workspace data tenant-isolated। Sensitive credentials hashed বা encrypted রাখা হয় এবং secret key browser-এ প্রকাশ করা হয় না। Merchant তার team access ও connected device-এর জন্য দায়ী।

নিজের data access, correction বা deletion request support email-এ পাঠানো যাবে। Financial security ও audit প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী কিছু record সীমিত সময় retain হতে পারে।
